What I don't sell

I do not write it. If you have a mortgage and young children, level term is usually the cheapest way to cover exactly that, for exactly the years it matters, and it is often the right answer.

If that is your answer, I will tell you it is your answer and point you at somebody who can write it. I am not paid for that referral and it does not come back to me in any other form.

I am telling you this on my own website because the alternative is you finding out from someone else that the thing I sell was not the only option. That is a worse conversation for both of us.

My licence is Texas and only Texas. I cannot sell you a policy anywhere else, and nothing on this site is an offer to do so.

If you are outside Texas and you want to talk anyway, message me. I will answer the question. I just cannot be the one who writes it.
